China reveals coal, crude oil, and natural gas production continue to grow : InfoQuest

Xinhua News Agency reports data from the National Bureau of Statistics of China, which states that China’s coal, crude oil and natural gas production It continues to expand during January-October of this year. Coal output in October was 390 million tons, up 3.8% year-on-year.

The report states that China’s coal output in the first 10 months of this year totaled 3.83 billion tonnes, up 3.1% year-on-year. The total amount of coal imported during the same period was 380 million tons, an increase of 66.8% from the previous year.

Meanwhile, China’s crude oil output in the first 10 months of this year increased 1.7% year-on-year to a total of 174.05 million tons. Crude oil imports in the same period rose 14.4% to 473.22 million tons.

China’s natural gas output in the first 10 months of this year rose 6.1% to a total of 189 billion cubic meters. The volume of natural gas imports during the same period increased 8.8% to 96.51 million cubic meters.
