Rod Fergusson, General Manager of Diablo, had the idea to adapt Diablo into a series. He is open to ideas for anyone interested in adapting the game. He thought it would be very interesting if it actually happened.

“Yes, I think it can happen,” Fergusson said. “That’s one of the things I wanted to happen with a Diablo IP, with a compelling story theme of a battle between heaven and hell. Going back 6 years, rumors surfaced on Reddit that Netflix would be adapting Diablo in the form of a series, with the addition of Andrew Cosby, the comic book writer who wrote the episode.
