iQOO launches the Z9 series, highlighting the Z9 Turbo, powerful specs, SD 8s Gen 3 chip, and 6,000mAh battery.

iQOO launches a new Z9 series smartphone with 3 models for users looking for mid-range mobile phone specs. The highlight model is the Z9 Turbo, whose design is inspired by iQOO 12, Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor chip, 6,000 mAh battery, supports 80W fast charging.

The standard model is the iQOO Z9 (different from the model launched in India) using the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor. The 6,000 mAh battery supports 80W fast charging as well. The most economical model, the Z9x, uses the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor. Supports 44W fast charging

Both the Z9 Turbo and Z9 have a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, a 16-megapixel front camera and an under-display fingerprint sensor. The Z9x has a 6.72-inch IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and an 8-megapixel front camera.

The Z9 Turbo and Z9 have a 50-megapixel main rear camera with a LYT-600 sensor. The Z9 Turbo has an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, while the Z9 has a 2-megapixel depth camera. The Z9x has a 50-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel depth camera.

The Z9 Turbo is the most powerful model in the series. With the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor chip working with the display processor chip. This reduces the load on the main chip while playing games. The Z9 Turbo also has a larger vapor chamber cooling system, has faster UFS 4.0 memory and uses LPDDR5X RAM, while the Z9 and Z9x use UFS 2.2 and LPDDR4X.

All 3 models run the OriginOS 4 operating system based on Android 14 and are waterproof and dustproof to IP64 standards.

For iQOO Z9 Turbo, the price starts at 1,999 yuan or about 10,500 baht for the RAM 12GB + ROM 256GB model, available in 3 colors: black, white, green. Official sales in China start on April 29.

iQOO Z9 comes in 3 colors as well. Available starting at a price of 1,499 yuan, or approximately 7,890 baht, for the RAM 8GB + ROM 128GB model. The iQOO Z9x is available in 3 colors, starting at a price of 1,299 yuan, or approximately 6,790 baht.

iQOO Z9 and Z9x are expected to launch internationally soon.
