Oppo launches new members of the K-series lineup in China: Oppo K12 A new model that comes with specs that look familiar. Because it will be similar to the OnePlus Nord CE 4 5G that was launched in India earlier this month.
Oppo K12 has a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support and a maximum brightness of 1100 nits. There’s an optical fingerprint scanner beneath the screen. The top has a hole-punch cutout in the center to house the 16-megapixel selfie camera.
Inside, it packs a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset that comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage, supports hybrid SD cards, and has a 15277mm2 graphite cooling system and Liquid VC size 4129 mm2
The 5,500mAh battery supports 100W SuperVOOC flash charging, with Oppo adding a Battery Health Engine that guarantees good charge retention for 4 years or more. The back has two cameras, consisting of a main camera, a 50 megapixel image sensor with optical image stabilization ( OIS) In addition to the 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, the Oppo K12 also has a new software tool for object removal. This makes it possible to remove unwanted people and objects from the image after shooting.
The K12 runs ColorOS 14 based on Android 14. The phone is IP54 waterproof and dustproof. It also has a 5-star shockproof certification from SGS Gold Label for accidental drops and shock.
It also comes with stereo speakers. x-axis linear motor for 4D in-game vibration, multi-purpose NFC, IR Blaster and 5G coverage with 8 360-degree antennas and an 8.37mm thick, 186g body.
In China, the Oppo K12 is available in three RAM variants: 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB. The price starts at 1,899 yuan (about 9200 baht) and is available in Clear Sky and Starry Night colors.
