Feature phones aren’t dead yet! Nokia 225 4G (2024) set to launch with bigger battery, USB-C charging

In 2020, or about 4 years ago, HMD launched the Nokia 225 4G, which is a refreshed version of the Nokia model year (2014) with the same name, and the latest looks like it’s coming soon. This we will see Nokia 225 4G (2024) relaunch Along with a new design adjustment according to the render image leaked from @OnLeaks below.

The Nokia 225 4G (2024) will come with the S30+ operating system, not KaiOS, with 64MB of RAM and 128MB of storage with a microSD slot. That this model is a feature phone. And it will have a 1,450mAh battery that might sound small. But it’s 300mAh more than the 2020 model, and charging will be via a USB-C port (HMD is finally ready to ditch microUSB), and there’ll be a 3.5mm headphone port for listening to music, too.

The phone will have the same 2.4-inch screen as its predecessor. But it’s still smaller than the upcoming Nokia 230 (2024). They both have a very similar design, but have a 2.8-inch screen (240 x 320 pixel resolution) and a camera on the back. (Resolution not yet known) and this time there will be an LED flash as well.

The Nokia 225 4G (2024) is expected to be priced around 100 euros (around $1,000) and will be available in Europe and Africa. It is expected to be launched soon.
