People Can Fly announces the cancellation of “Project Dagger,” an Action RPG game that has been in the making for many years.

The People Can Fly team (creators of Bulletstorm and Outriders) has officially announced that “Project Dagger” has been cancelled.

This project is an ambitious Co-op Action RPG game that has been in development for at least three years, but has previously shown signs of not being good. Because the game was offered to a large company like Take-Two Interactive, but in the end Take-Two would like to terminate the deal and would not fund distribution of the game, so the People Can Fly team had to prepare for distribution. and fund development on their own

But most recently at the beginning of April. It was revealed to shareholders that the game had been cancelled. But recently someone saw it and brought the news to the public.

The team explained the cancellation. that it is a result of “Analyze the development plan again” after evaluating the scope and marketing potential. They felt that this project should not be continued.

To date, the People Can Fly team has never launched. Or came out and talked a lot about Project Dagger and will have to wait and follow after this. That we’ll see something new from them next, replacing the canceled Project Dagger.
