Now open!!! The biggest Immersive Disney Animation exhibition in Thailand with special guest Dorothy McKim, two-time Emmy Award-winning producer from Walt Disney

“Immersive Disney Animation” has officially opened, a spectacular exhibition celebrating Disney’s 100th anniversary. An exhibition that will take you to experience the enchanting charm and boundless wonder. that molds into Disney’s storytelling style that has existed for generations. Spark your limitless imagination on the 1st floor of M Tower at Emsphere Shopping Center.

This event was organized as a result of a collaboration between Best Entertainment Asia Company and Walt Disney Animation Studio. The event was officially launched on April 25, 2024 with guests. Many dignitaries attended the event, such as Mr. Koi Ratchawin Wongviriya and his son, and important guests such as Ms. Dorothy McKim, producer from Walt Disney Animation Studios (Walt Disney Animation Studios producer), Mr. Vicente Fusco, Global Business Development at Starvox, Ms. Chantal Prudhomme, Chief Executive Officer of Base Entertainment Asia, Mr. Pang Nathari Sakulthong, Project Executive Director Sunday Creations and Mr. Armando Tolomelli, Chief Executive Officer of EM DISTRICT

Dorothy McKim is a two-time Emmy Award-winning producer who has been with Walt Disney Animation Studios since 1984 during her tenure in animation. She works with a wide range of production abilities. before being promoted to executive producer on three award-winning “Prep & Landing films (“Prep & Landing,” “Prep & Landing: Operation: Secret Santa” and “Prep & Landing: Naughty.” vs. Nice”) and the Oscar®-nominated short “Get a Horse.”

McKim also produced the hand-drawn shorts collections “Disney Presents Goofy In How To Stay At Home” and “Oswald The Lucky Rabbit.” McKim currently serves as executive producer on the project. She has been featured on all animation content for a variety of entertainment including Disney On Ice, Disney In Concerts, Disney night on American Idol and Dancing with the Stars, ABC Live Animation specials and Hollywood. Bowl Live Animation and many more. She also produces all of Disney Animation’s 2D animation for Disney Parks and Experiences.

As for the “Immersive Disney Animation” event, it was held for the first time in Thailand. With support from Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), EMSPHERE as the main event venue, M Card, TIKTOK, VIU, Thai Ticket Major and Trip.com to invite visitors to travel to a special experience. Through the world of Disney’s legendary animated films over the past 100 years

The exhibition takes a total of 90 minutes to view and is divided into 3 parts.

The first zone welcomes visitors with posters for more than 62 films, covering 100 years of classic Disney animation. There will also be rare Disney character models. and valuable collectibles from the Walt Disney Animation research room that will tell the memorable history of Walt Disney, the creator of the kingdom of imagination. The main highlight is the Mickey Mouse model with a height of 3.6 meters, all of which reflect its origins.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to go behind the scenes of the art, technology and creativity that bring the animators’ sketches to life. From seeing the evolution of scenes, characters, and favorite Disney songs. to exploring an animator’s workbench that showcases time-lapses of character creation and an introduction to the talented animators and masterminds behind this legend.

It also highlights the diversity of beautiful landscapes in Disney films. Presenting various locations From Disney movies around the world to invite visitors to delve deeper into the real places that inspired beloved stories – from the China set in “Mulan” to France in “Beauty and the Beast” and Alaska. In the story “brother of bear”

There are also drawing tables for enthusiasts of all skill levels. Learned and practiced animation filmmaking techniques. It fosters creativity and celebrates the art of Disney animation.

Finally, the Show Gallery is a 360-degree digital space designed to fully immerse visitors in the powerful magic of Disney storytelling. It showcases scenes, characters, and songs from past and present Disney animated films. A responsive projection system has also been installed on site. To be relevant to the visitor’s steps and also has an interactive wristband. that illuminates and guides visitors through a mesmerizing experience. The show gallery transports visitors to the sea below the stunning scene from The Little Mermaid, complete with sparkling bubbles. It also creates a memorable moment by revealing the icy landscape from Frozen II through snow-like bubbles.
