The Badminton Association of Thailand together with Toyota Motor Thailand Company Limited are preparing to launch a major badminton competition at the youth level in the “Toyota Youth Championship of Thailand 2024” or the Youth Championship of Thailand. Ready to compete for a total prize money of 718,000 baht. The competition will be held between 26 April – 1 May 2024 at Westgate Hall, 4th floor, Central Westgate, Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province.
Khunying Patama Leeswadtrakul Member of the International Olympic Committee Vice President of the World Badminton Federation and President of the Badminton Association of Thailand said, “The badminton competition “Toyota Youth Championship of Thailand 2024” or the Youth Championship of Thailand. It is the largest platform for collecting points to rank youth players in Thailand. and giving Thai badminton players from all over the country the opportunity to come and compete for excellence. The person who won the championship from this program This is the first step to becoming a national team in the future.”

“Each category champion in the U-19 category in each category will have the right to compete in the Badminton World Junior Championship or the 2024 World Youth Championship between 30 Sept. – 13 Oct. 2024. in Nanchang city People’s Republic of China As for the champions in the U15 and U17 divisions, they will have the right to compete in the 2024 Asian Youth Badminton Championships between 28 June – 7 July 2024 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Thai badminton players come to support the young Thai shuttlecock players on the court at Westgate Hall, 4th floor, Central Westgate.”
