Who should get the HPV vaccine? The U.S. CDC recommends that anyone aged 11-12 years and who has received 2 doses under 15 years of age, with the first and second doses at least 6 months apart, in those ages 15-26 years should receive it. 3 injections: Patients with weakened immune systems aged 9-26 years should receive 3 injections as well.
