Ms. Phattharalada Sangasaeng, Executive Vice President Finance and Accounting Department, PTT Global Chemical Company (PTTGC), revealed that GC Treasury Center Company (GCTC), a subsidiary in which the Company holds 100% of shares, has made a general tender offer (Tender Offer) for debentures. U.S. Dollars are unsecured and unsubordinated. Issued and offered for sale abroad by GCTC during the period 16-23 April 2024, 3 series, including 1. USD 1,000 million bond, 10 year term, fixed interest rate 4.40% per year, due in 2032, which Issued and offered for sale in March 2022 (2032 debentures)
2. Debentures in the amount of USD 550 million with a term of 30 years, fixed interest rate of 4.30% per annum, due in 2051, which were issued and offered for sale in March 2021 (2051 Debentures) and
3. Debentures in the amount of USD 300 million with a term of 30 years, fixed interest rate of 5.20% per annum, due in 2052, which were issued and offered for sale in March 2022 (2052 debentures).
GCTC has set a framework for repurchasing USD 700 million of bonds. At the end of the general repurchase offer period, GCTC received a response from investors. The total value is 753,519,000 USD, exceeding the budget. Therefore wishes to accept the offer to purchase the entire amount, divided into values of USD 464,867,000, USD 151,632,000, and USD 137,020,000, with a remaining value of USD 811,644,000, divided into USD 335,133,000, USD 373,531,000, and USD 102,980,000 for bonds for the year 2032, Year 2051 and Year 2052
